In some cases making an on-line oil or gas leak repair requires the use of a custom designed and manufactured clamp or enclosure.

Colt owns and operates a 25,000 square foot machine shop in LaPorte, Texas and recently added a new facility that houses CNC machines. Along with these shops we maintain an engineering department that is available 24/7.

Typically when a clamp is required our field technician will gather the pertinent data and transmit the information to an engineer; a clamp will be designed and that design is passed along to the machine shop. The clamp or enclosure is fabricated and in most cases is shipped back to the technician the next day for installation.
